This pumpkin-banana love child puts a seasonal twist on classic favorites.

Ah, fall in New England - the best time of year! Start your mornings off right with this perfectly spiced slice of happiness.

NEED IT
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

MAKE IT
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Melt the butter and set aside to cool
3. Mash bananas in a large bowl
4. Add pumpkin and egg, whisk to combine
5. Whisk all other ingredients, including cooled butter, into this mixture
6. Grease a standard loaf pan (I use butter but cooking spray works fine too)
7. Pour mixture into pan
8. Bake for 50 minutes (or until fully cooked)
