Need it:
-1 tsp olive oil
-4 sweet potatoes
-2 tbsp unsalted butter
-2 cloves garlic (minced)
-¼ cup fresh sage (chopped)
-½ tbsp chipotle chili salt (adjust to taste)
Make it:
1) Wash potatoes. Keep skin on and slice thinly
2) Par-boil sliced potatoes for about 1-2 mins to soften
3) Sweat minced garlic in oil on medium heat then add potatoes, butter and sage
4) Cook until potatoes begin to crisp then sprinkle with salt
